WFCU Credit Union is always looking for feedback so that we can continually improve service for our members and community. As a member-owned organization, WFCU Credit Union encourages members seeking resolution to issues or concerns to meet with staff and/or the Manager/Vice President within whose area of responsibility their issue rests. WFCU Credit Union staff are empowered to make decisions and resolve members concerns.

Resolving Your Concern

If you do have a concern, WFCU Credit Union is committed to listen and resolve the matter quickly.  However, there are times when we will need to investigate further in order to assure satisfaction.

Steps for a quick resolution:

Step 1
Talk to us.  Bring your concern to the attention of the staff at your branch or through our Member Contact Centre first, and they will do their best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Step 2
If the staff member assisting you cannot address the matter on their own or to your satisfaction, they will escalate to their Manager/Vice President/President & CEO for further investigation. You may also escalate your concern by contacting your branch Manager or through the secure email option noted below.

Step 3
If you have completed the above noted steps and do not feel your concern has been resolved, you can forward your written concern to WFCU Credit Union’s Member Advocate. Do not include your confidential account or personal information if sending by email.

Step 4
At any time, or if you are not satisfied with the recommendation offered by WFCU Credit Union’s Member Advocate, you may contact the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA).
