Automated Telephone Banking - 24-Hour convenience
By simply dialing 519-974-0098 you can use your touch-tone telephone
to take advantage of automated telephone banking, TeleDirect.
Automated telephone banking will ask you what you want to do.
You use the keypad on your telephone to get information on our
hours and locations, interest rates and even have brochures and
other information sent you.
Personal Banking Services
When you enter your 4-digit Personal Access Code (PAC), you can handle any of these financial services:
- Check account balances for your savings, loans, term deposits and RRSPs;
- Transfer funds between your accounts;
- Check on the transaction history in your account for the last 60 days;
- Make utility bill payments on suppliers we have set up for you; and
- The ability to change your Personal Access Code (PAC).
Remember your 4-digit Personal Access Code (PAC) is different
from your Automated Teller Machine Personal Identification Number
(PIN).
How Do I Apply for My PAC?
- For our first-time users, just drop into any one of our retail
locations and we can sign you up to perform Personal Banking
Services on TeleDirect. At that time, we will set you
up with your 4-digit PAC. The PAC you select will be known only
to yourself and will be required for access to the Personal
Banking Services. The first time you call into TeleDirect,
you will be requested to change your 4-digit PAC.
