Member Advocate

As a member-owned organization, WFCU encourages members seeking resolution to issues or concerns to meet with staff and/or with the Manager/Vice President within whose area of responsibility their issue rests.  WFCU staff is empowered to make decisions and resolve these member concerns.  If the issue is not satisfactorily resolved, members can contact the President & CEO at 519-974-3100. 

If following the above process, the member believes the issue is still not satisfactorily resolved, members can contact WFCU's Member Advocate for resolution:
