In September 2006, WFCU introduced our new on-line statement
feature. This new service allowed secure and convenient access
to your statement any time of day by logging in to on-line banking.
Members embraced this new feature and together we've reduced paper
usage. In fact, WFCU recently won the 2008 DOXIM Green Giant award
for our efforts and our Members' efforts in this area.
Although we have made a significant dent in our paper usage,
analysis has shown that WFCU is still using over 40,000 sheets
of paper per month to print paper statements. Therefore, in continuing
our efforts to increase environmental consciousness and to further
eliminate paper usage, we are encouraging all members to move
to on-line statements.
Any accounts with a preference for mailed paper statements
will be assessed a $2 fee per statement, effective with the August
2008 statement.
Don't have access to the internet?
All retail locations are equipped with computers and internet
access for your convenience. Our staff will walk you through the
process for accessing your statement(s).
Have you set up a personal access code (PAC)?
Visit any WFCU retail location or call Member Relations at 519.974.3100
and staff will be happy to set you up with a personal access code
(PAC) to access online banking.
